She joins Corrine and Keely as Corrine asks Keely and Meghan about their respective races at the Black Canyon 100k last weekend. Keely talks through her win and course record and then they discuss fueling strategies, trusting their bodies, and how to stay calm and run your own race. Finally, we talk about the Golden Tickets and how they feel getting into the Western States 100.
